Kimberley Whitworth

Kimberley serves as president of Venture Lending Group. Having been a consummate mortgage professional for over twenty years, Kim has a complete understanding of knowing what it takes to get the best financing for her clients.

In her role as president of Venture Lending Group, Kimberley leads a team that is responsible for overseeing loans and providing clients an array of loan options, as well as having over two hundred qualified lenders. She is directly responsible for training and giving structuring assistance to her loan staff, recruiting new loan officers and support staff, payroll functions, and for providing daily and monthly production reports.

Kimberley holds a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies with paralegal certificate from Texas Wesleyan University, and a Masters of Business Administration with an emphasis in finance from Regis University. She has held the following positions prior to joining Venture Lending Group: Branch Manager at Southwest Funding, Senior Loan Officer at Cendera Funding, Great Oak Mortgage, and Colonial National Mortgage, Paralegal at Myers and Porter L.L.P, Assistant Portfolio Manager for Q Investments and Marketing Director at Reef Management.
